I set myself a challenge to capture

the beauty without any editing in post.

My photography started digital with a modern mirrorless camera. I learned all the basics then discovered how editing can change the look dramatically. I was fascinated and spent hours and hours on the computer.

Along came a film camera with the sad death of my father. And so I learned how to be patient and focus more on the moment. Editing was gone since I already had a look of my photos as it was designed to be by the individual film stock.

I changed my shooting in digital and now I always shoot a raw file along with a jpg. So the editing is in fact done by the camera immediately after taking the picture. For me this comes closer now to shooting film which I fell in love with immediately after the first few rolls.

All pictures in this gallery are entirely unedited by me. They have been taken either from my digital Nikon Cameras or my Sony mirrorless. Great appreciations to Veres Deni Alex for his great work on picture profiles on Sony.
